TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HESPER.PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
